Person Centred Support

I absolutely love supporting children and adults with complex needs to access the community, explore sensory sessions and develop self advocacy and choice making skills.

This area of work can be funded privately or through a personal budge/direct payment. It be a short term piece of work or for a longer period of time (availability restrictions need to be considered).

I have a full, clear driving licence and I am willing to drive a person’s vehicle, if they have a specific vehicle funded via their DLA, to support community access and attendance at appointments.
